Refund policy
At Royal Bengal Loom, we take pride in delivering authentic, handcrafted Bengal sarees with the highest quality standards. Each product is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you face any issues, we’re here to assist you.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Slight color variations due to lighting or screen differences
- Minor irregularities in weave or texture (these are part of handcrafted authenticity)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at [your email address]
- Share your Order ID, issue details, and clear images/videos of the product
- Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours
If approved:
- We will arrange a reverse pickup (where service is available)
- Or request you to ship the product to our return address
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
Note:
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
- In case of prepaid orders, full refund (excluding shipping) will be issued
- For Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
5. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges only for:
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect items delivered
Subject to stock availability.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
7. Important Notes
- Handmade sarees may have slight variations, which are not defects but a mark of authenticity
- We recommend customers review product details carefully before purchase
