2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Within India: 3–7 business days depending on location
  • International Orders: 7–15 business days (may vary based on destination and customs clearance)

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping across India on all prepaid orders (optional – modify based on your offer)
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), an additional charge may apply
  • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and weight

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp
  • You can track your shipment in real-time using the provided link

5. Delivery Partners

6. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver within the estimated time:

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details at checkout
  • In case of incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch
